✨ Beer served well: GCB uses traditional European-style serving methods with taps pouring from beautiful copper tanks hanging right over the bar. They also showcase their glassware which is specific to different beer styles.

🍺 Standouts: GCB specializes in lagers and pilsners, and the St. Petian American Pale Lager is the tasty exemplar of their dedication to the style.

🙌 Rooftop views: The entire facility is beautiful inside and out, but we particularly love sitting on the top floor balcony looking over Central Avenue.
